Be decisive, but flexible.
Always have a preference. Even if you don’t especially care what the outcome is, just made a decision. If it’s not a life or death situation, don’t worry about making a wrong decision; most of the time it won’t matter. Take company’s desires into account and do what’s best for all parties. Don’t fold to the loudest and most demanding person. Don’t let others make all the decisions and never dominate the decision making. Be adaptable and open to new things. You never know what opportunities are going to come up.
